Cindy Lee, COO

Cindy, a former Bain strategy consultant, led operations with Danny in Washington Heights for over 10 years, earning recognition for student achievement by NY State. Cindy is currently leading HR at a mission-driven M&A advisory firm specializing in education and offers meditation coaching as a passion project.

Danny Swersky, CEO

Danny, founder and former NYC charter school principal, built a middle school recognized NY State for excellence, serving over 500 students and managing over 100 teachers on a $10M annual budget. After 20+ years in public service, Danny launched Wheelhouse to tackle today’s unmet needs in childhood independence.

Zack Gross, CRO

Zack leads brick and mortar expansions for dozens of retailers, often starting with only a few stores and growing into national brands taking on PE funding, including Drybar, Muse, Sugared + Bronzed and Plump. Zack is a former attorney and current partner at the real estate advisory firm, The Greenberg Group.
